One of the vegetables that I like the most to make with our thermomix, I love this recipe and how it comes out. This recipe has cabbage

In addition, cabbage is low in calories and will help us in our weight loss diets

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of cabbage in pieces
  • 125 grams of natural tomato peeled in pieces
  • 1 medium onion in pieces
  • 1 garlic
  • 40 grams of olive oil
  • 100 grams of ham cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. We place our cabbage in our thermomix glass and program 7 seconds / speed 4
  2. We take out and reserve
  3. Then we put the onion, garlic, tomato and oil and program 5 seconds / speed 5 D
  4. After crushing, we fry for 8 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
  5. Add the reserved cabbage and salt and pepper to taste 15 minutes / 120ºC / spoon speed
  6. Finally we add the ham and program 2 minutes / 100ºC / reverse rotation / spoon speed
