Ingredients
- 50 grams of cabbage in pieces
- 125 grams of natural tomato peeled in pieces
- 1 medium onion in pieces
- 1 garlic
- 40 grams of olive oil
- 100 grams of ham cut into strips
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
- We place our cabbage in our thermomix glass and program 7 seconds / speed 4
- We take out and reserve
- Then we put the onion, garlic, tomato and oil and program 5 seconds / speed 5 D
- After crushing, we fry for 8 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
- Add the reserved cabbage and salt and pepper to taste 15 minutes / 120ºC / spoon speed
- Finally we add the ham and program 2 minutes / 100ºC / reverse rotation / spoon speed
