Thousand leaves of smoked salmon with Thermomix

Ingredients
- 200 g. smoked trout or salmon.
- 200 g. Philadelphia cheese.
- 70 g. of water.
- 3 gelatin sheets.
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
- 2 teaspoons of dried dill or 2 sprigs of fresh dill.
- Freshly ground white pepper.
- Lemon drops Dill Pepper
Instructions
- Put the gelatin in cold water for 2 or 3 minutes to hydrate.
- We reserve
- Put in the glass the water, the pepper, the lemon juice and the dill program 3
- minutes, 70º, speed 2.
- Drain the gelatin well, add it to the glass, mix for 10 seconds in speed 3.
- Incorporate the cheese and mix again mix for 12 seconds on speed 3.
- Assembly of the Thousand leaves of smoked salmon with Thermomix:
- Line a small rectangular mold with transparent film and cover everything with
- the salmon or trout (if it is not very fine, put it between two layers of film
- transparent and tune it by passing the dough roller over it).
- Then put half of the mixture on top of the glass.
- Top with another layer of salmon.
- Distribute over this the rest of the mixture and cover again with another layer
- of salmon, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge to catch
- jelly body.
- To serve it, cut it into strips and then into pieces the size of a small biscuit, putting them on them.
