Ingredients
- 820 grams of pork tenderloin
- 1 garlic
- 820 grams of pineapple slices in its juice
- Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 beef stock cube
- 2 nails
- 520 grams of onion in quarters
- 75 grams of olive oil
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- 65 grams of soy sauce
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Make cuts to the piece of loin without reaching the bottom completely and in each of those cuts, which will have a distance between them of approximately one centimeter, put a slice of pineapple.
- Add pepper and salt to the loin and then wrap it with plastic wrap. With the help of a knife or fork, pierce the meat in several places and reserve it in the Varoma.
- Add the oil, onion and garlic to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 4/6 seconds.
- Then reprogram to
- spoon speed / reverse turn / 120º / 10 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, the remaining pineapple and its juice, the cloves, the nutmeg, pepper, cinnamon and the stock cube to the glass. Put the Varoma on the robot and put it to work
