- The juice and zest of a blood orange
- 610 grams of pork loin
- Half a glass of white wine
- rosemary to taste
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 22 grams of butter

- As soon as you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Put the meat in a bowl and pour the orange juice over it. Then also add the salt, pepper, rosemary and a splash of oil.
- Put the bowl in the fridge and keep it there for about 70 minutes.
- After that time, put a frying pan on the fire and pour the butter into it. When it is melted, proceed to put the drained loin and brown it on both sides.
- Put the loin in a container that fits in the fryer and pour the juice from the bowl over it as well as the zest. Put the container in the deep fryer and keep it there at
