520 grams of pork loin fillets
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
10 grams of olive oil
1 teaspoon onion, minced
80 grams of blue cheese

Preparation

When you have gathered all those products, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add all the ingredients to the glass of the robot, except the fillets, and program to
speed 3 / 90º / 6 minutes.
In a skillet, grill the fillets.
