  • 1 kilo of pork loin in one piece
  • 1.5 kilos of coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 152 grams of olive oil
  • 6 garlic
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 13 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 510 grams of garnish potatoes washed

Preparation

  1. When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
