Ingredients
- 620 grams of wild boar loin in strips
- 55 grams of Cabrales cheese chopped
- 100 grams of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 120 grams of onion
- 100 grams of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam
- 50 grams of flour
- 250 grams of meat broth
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Sprinkle the wild boar strips with salt and pepper, then gently roll them in the flour. Then, in a pan with hot oil, fry those and reserve these on one side and the oil on the other.
