Ingredients
- 1 good piece of Iberian prey
- Half a liter of red wine
- 1 onion
- Half a glass of chicken broth
- 1 tomato
- 180 grams of bell pepper, red if possible
- 100 grams of olive oil
- 1 zucchini
- 2 garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Add the vegetables to the robot bowl and program to
- speed 4/4 seconds.
- Then add the oil and reset to
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 30 minutes.
- In a pan, add the butter and garlic and then do the same with the broth and wine. And keep it all until the aforementioned alcoholic beverage evaporates.
- On the other hand, add salt and pepper to the meat and grill it.
- What will remain is to serve the prey with the sauce that you have made in the pan and with the vegetables that you have cooked in the Thermomix.
