4. Subsequently, pour the 2 cloves of garlic and the chopped red pepper into the Thermomix bowl, program.
5. 4 seconds / Speed ​​4.
6. With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of garlic and pepper that have adhered to the walls of the Thermomix bowl, then add 50 grams of olive oil, program.
7. 7 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed ​​1.
8. 1 minute before the 7 minutes for the sofrito, add the teaspoon of paprika.
