Today we bring you the Extremaduran version of this magnificent dish. This recipe has garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Spanish Cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 liter Water
  • Salt
  • 100ml olive oil
  • Bread

Preparation

  1. To start we will chop all the ingredients, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, peppers and garlic
  2. 7 seconds / speed 5
  3. add the salt and water and blend everything
  4. 2 minutes / speed 10
  5. chill for a few hours in the fridge
  6. put the village bread cut into small pieces and virgin olive oil on a plate
  7. We serve in a bowl and each one will put a splash of olive oil and the pieces of bread on top that will suck our Extremaduran gazpacho
