- 1 kilo of lamb chopped
- Half a cube of meat broth
- 2 small garlic
- 32 grams of flour
- Salt to taste
- 52 grams of olive oil
- 210 grams of onion
- 200 grams of red wine
- 310 grams of tomato
- 110 grams of carrot
- 75 grams of celery
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
