550 grams of pork tenderloin
50 grams of pitted prunes
50 grams of dried apricots
1 apple
120 grams of port wine
50 grams of brandy
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon tomato concentrate
70 grams of olive oil
600 grams of courgettes
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

Preparation of sweet and sour pork tenderloin with thermomix

To begin the preparation of this delicious recipe, you must clean well and cut the pork into cubes of approximately 3 cm, add salt and pepper to taste.
Subsequently, pour 25 grams of olive oil and 1 clove of slightly crushed garlic into the Thermomix bowl and program.
