Ingredients
- 600 grams lamb meat
- 150 grams fresh sausage
- 120 grams onion
- 30 grams of rice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 grams olive oil, extra virgin
- 700 grams water
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 grams potato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
- To start we put the onion into pieces, the garlic, the green pepper and the oil in our Thermomix bowl and chop
- 5 seconds / speed 4
- then we fry
- 10 minutes / 120ºC / Speed 1
- Add the meat and sauté
- 4 minutes / 120ºC / reverse rotation / speed 1
- place the varoma container in position with the potatoes and program
- 25 minutes / varoma temperature / reverse rotation / spoon speed
- We remove the varoma and add the rice to our Thermomix bowl
- We put the varoma container back in position and program
- 15 minutes / varoma temperature / reverse rotation / spoon speed
