Ingredients

8 beef steaks
510 grams of mango
3 small garlic
50 grams of olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
90 grams of leek
22 grams of vinegar
300 grams of water
32 grams of honey
22 grams of soy sauce
1 cup of chicken broth
22 grams of sugar

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the instructions we give you:
Add the peeled garlic to the glass and program to
speed 6/5 seconds.
Pour the garlic into a bowl and mix it with the honey there. Reservation.
Add salt and pepper to the fillets and ‘paint’ them with the garlic and honey mixture. Place them on a tray and put them in the fridge.
Add half of the mango to the glass along with the broth, water, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Program a
