Ingredients of cold mango soup with thermomix
- 1 liter of water
- ½ chicken bouillon cube
- 2 mangoes chopped into pieces
- 1 large onion chopped into pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper chopped into chunks
- a garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
