Zucchini and goat cheese gratin lasagna ingredients with thermomix
12 precooked lasagna sheets
100 grams of goat cheese (it can really be the one you prefer: emmental, mozzarella, parmesan, (preferably grated)

200 grams of goat cheese
500 grams of milk
60 grams of flour
40 grams of butter
1 pinch of nutmeg

Preparation of Zucchini and goat cheese gratin lasagna with thermomix
Place the lasagna sheets in a pot with water and salt (with the method and cooking time suggested by the brand) reserve.
Wash and cut the zucchini into pieces, without removing the skin, place them in the Thermomix bowl and program.
