Ingredients of Goat cheese flans with leeks with thermomix
- 10 grams of butter
- 2 eggs
- 130 grams of milk
- 140 grams of fresh goat cheese
- 50 grams of wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 500 grams of water
- 300 grams the white part of the leeks
- 1 red bell pepper
- For the yogurt sauce
- 60 grams of fresh goat cheese
- 125 grams of plain yogurt
- 6 stalks of chives
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation of goat cheese flans with leeks with thermomix
- We will start the preparation of this wonderful recipe for goat cheese flans with leeks with thermomix, cooking the leeks, to do this, crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
- Pour the milk into the Thermomix bowl together with the fresh goat cheese, the flour and the salt and program.
- 30 seconds / Speed 5.
- Then add the egg yolks to the mixture and program.

- Once the egg yolks have been incorporated into the mixture, remove from the Thermomix bowl and reserve for a few minutes.

- Then remove the basket and reserve.
- Now, to prepare the yogurt sauce, wash and dry the Thermomix bowl, add the fresh goat cheese along with the yogurt, the finely chopped chive stems, salt and pepper and program.
- 30 seconds / Speed 4.
- Finally, carefully unmold the flans using a small knife to help loosen the flan from the inside walls of the mold.
