Ingredients

810 grams of zucchini
50 centiliters of fresh cream
1 egg
200 grams of grated cheese
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Cut the peeled onion into four pieces and add it to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
Add the oil and program at
speed 1 / 90º / 1 minute.
Then add the zucchini and cook at
speed 1 / 100º / 6 minutes.
Add the cream, the egg and 125 grams of grated cheese as well as the pepper and salt. Program a
speed 1/2 minutes.
In a previously greased gratin dish, pour the contents of the glass and pour the rest of the cheese on top. Then put the dish in the oven and keep it there for about 18 minutes at 180º.
