The traditional lasagna takes a delicious twist, substituting one ingredient for another, this time it is Lasagna with potatoes, ham and cheese with thermomix.
This different presentation of lasagna is great and many will love it.

Potato, ham and cheese lasagna ingredients with thermomix
- 800 grams of potatoes
- 200 grams of tomato pulp
- 10 grams of olive oil
- 500 grams of water
- 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 25 grams of bechamel cream
- 500 grams of milk
- 50 grams of flour
- 40 grams of butter
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 150 grams of sliced cooked ham
- Basil leaves
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
Preparation of lasagna with potatoes, ham and cheese with thermomix
- Start by preparing the sauce, to do this pour the tomato pulp, the basil leaves, a splash of oil and a little salt, program.
- 1 minute / Speed 5.
- Ready the sauce, pour it into a bowl, cover and reserve.
- Previously wash and remove the skin of the potatoes and cut them into slices approximately 5mm thick, then place some on the tray and others in the varoma container, pour water into the Thermomix bowl and program.
- 23 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
- Once the programmed time has elapsed, remove the varoma tray and container from their position and set it aside without removing the potatoes yet. Discard the water from the Thermomix bowl, wash and dry.
- Then, again in the glass of the thermomix, pour the milk together with the butter, the flour, the salt and the grated nutmeg, program.
- 7 minutes / Temperature 90°/ Speed 3.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a square mold suitable for the oven, approximately 20×30 cm, place alternately in layers, the potatoes, tomato sauce, bechamel.
- Then sprinkle a little salt and pepper and a few pieces of mozzarella, more bechamel sauce, more tomato and a couple of slices of ham.
- Follow with more bechamel cream, cover the last layer of ham, and repeat the procedure, another layer of potatoes, tomato, bechamel, mozzarella and ham. As well as more salt and pepper.
- Pour the rest of the bechamel over the ham and over it the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes. Before removing it from the oven check that the potatoes are soft, otherwise return to the oven for a few more minutes.
