3.5 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs
4 large potatoes
1 cup of chopped canned artichokes
3.5 tablespoons olive oil
Bread crumbs
1 leek chopped
¾ cup goat cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3 small minced garlic
1 cup grated cheese

When you have all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Place each of the potatoes on a piece of aluminum foil and sprinkle salt and a little oil on top.
Pierce each potato several times with a fork, then wrap them in the paper.
