- 65 grams of diced cured ham
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 505 grams of milk
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 43 grams of flour
- 43 grams of butter, chopped

- When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate below:
