4 fresh tuna loins
150 grams of small peeled prawns (from the frozen ones)
200 grams of sliced mushrooms
2 tomatoes cut into squares
1 garlic clove minced (or grated, to taste)
extra virgin olive oil
350 grams of water
Salt to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
fresh or dried basil (to taste)
Preparation of Atnn en papillote with thermomix
Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil and place a tuna loin in the middle of each one.
The size of the paper should be large enough to be wrapped later.
Mix the tomato pieces with the grated garlic.
Place the mushrooms, prawns, tomato with garlic, basil on top of the tuna and season to taste.
Then, pour a splash of oil over each one.
Wrap the loins with aluminum foil, so that it is completely covered and closed both on top and on the sides, and put 2 in the varoma tray and 2 in the container.
Add to the glass the 350 gr. of water, place the varoma in its position and program

Remove the papillotes from the varoma (be careful with the steam) and serve directly. It is possible that inside each papillote there is excess broth, so pouring a little on each plate will be enough.
