a recipe that I have had in the south of Italy this summer and we all loved it were some cold meatballs with tuna and cream cheese, you can eat it as a snack before eating or as a second course

It is a mixture of canned tuna and cream cheese all perfectly chopped with our thermomix

Ingredients of cold meatballs of tuna and cream cheese with thermomix

  • 200g canned tuna, drained
  • 200g of bread
  • 200g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • parsley to taste
  • a little salt

Preparation of cold meatballs of tuna and cream cheese with thermomix
