Ingredients of Onions stuffed with tuna with thermomix
- 9 onions (medium)
- 150 g tuna in olive oil
- 250 ml of crushed tomato
- 4 piquillo peppers
- 100 ml of cider
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 bay leaf
- extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- parsley
Preparation of Onions stuffed with tuna with thermomix
- The first thing we will hollow out the onions, we remove the first layer or the first 2 depending on how thin they are
- in the lower part we will remove a light layer, to be able to settle the onion well
- and with a hollower if we have or a small teaspoon, we hollow out the onion very carefully not to break the outer layer since the filling would come out
- put the onions in the varoma container and reserve
- for the tuna filling, we will put in our Thermomix bowl
- what we have left over from the onion when we hollow them out, the tomato, the peppers and the garlic and chop
- 4 seconds / speed 8
- add oil, place the Varoma with the onions in position and program
- 20 min / Varoma / left turn / ladle speed
- we remove the content we put them in a bowl and mix with the crumbled bonito and reserve
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC
- put the onions in a saucepan and fill generously with the mixture
- we put a glass of wine in our Thermomix bowl and the fish stock (I use aneto) and program
- 2 minutes / 100ºC / turn left / speed 1
- and we put the content in the pot
- we put the pot 15 minutes in the oven
