I love panna cotta and I like them all and anyway, in fact we have already made a few recipes for panna cotta throughout this time.

Ingredients
- 6 mandarins or 400 g clementines
- 4 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sweetener
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water or white coffee as it is also known
- 1 tablespoon agar agar powder
- 400 grams of skim milk
- 80 grams of liquid honey from flowers
- 400 grams of liquid cream
Instructions
- Step 1 - la panna cotta
- Pour all the ingredients except the orange blossom in the bowl and program 10 minutes / 100 ° / speed 2
- Add the orange blossom and mix 10 seconds / speed 7
- Spread the mixture between the molds or the glasses and let it cool before putting them in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Step 2 - tangerine coulis
- Peel the tangerines and put them in pieces in our thermomix glass together with the honey and cook for 10 minutes / 80 ° / speed 1.
- Then mix to obtain a fine puree for 1 minute / speed 9.
- Let cool before serving.
- Pour the tangerine coulis over the panna cotta and refrigerate as much.
