Panna Cotta ingredients with three chocolates in Thermomix

50 grams of dark chocolate
50 grams of milk chocolate
50 grams of white chocolate
600 grams of liquid cream
90 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
12 grams of gelatin sheets

Preparation of Panna Cotta with three chocolates in Thermomix

The first thing we are going to do is prepare the gelatin for which we are going to soak 4 sheets of gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes
while we put the dark chocolate in pieces and the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 seconds / speed 10
with the spatula we lower the pieces that may have been stuck on the sides of our glass
add the 200 G of cream, the cocoa powder and program again

Add the gelatin and mix
