Ingredients
- Salt
- 200 grams of onion in pieces
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 100 grams of white wine
- 200 grams of fish broth
- 2 or 3 drops of tabasco
- 1 bay leaf
- 600 grams of potatoes (peeled and cut into slices of approx. 1 cm)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Put the clams in a bowl with water and salt.
- Let them sit for a few minutes to let the sand loose.
- Put the onion, garlic and oil in the glass and chop 3 seconds / speed 5 when
- finished fry 7 minutes / 120 ° C / speed 1
- Add the white wine and the fish stock and program 30 seconds / speed 5 -10
- progressively.
- Add the tabasco drops and the bay leaf.
- Rinse and drain the clams and put them in the basket.
- Insert the basket into the glass and place the Varoma in position.
- Place the potatoes in the Varoma container, leaving some grooves free for the
