Ingredients of Clams a la marinera with thermomix

  • ½ kg. of clams
  • ½ cup of oil
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • The juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • parsley
  • Salt
  • Chilli

Preparation of Clams a la marinera with thermomix

  1. We put the clams to soak with water and salt hour before starting to cook them
  2. We start by cleaning the clams that we have had in salted water well, with a good jet of water to remove any trace of dirt they may have.
  3. if we left some dirt it could ruin our plate
  4. Once cleaned with cold water we will place them in the basket

  7. Put the basket with the clams, close and put the strainer on top and program
  8. 12 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
  9. When we see that our clams have opened they will be ready, if they had not opened
  10. we will program a few more minutes the previous step
  11. Remove the basket, and put the clams in a serving dish,
  12. and add the breadcrumbs, the wine and a little water to the glass, and program
  13. speed 1 / temperature 100º / 5 minutes.
  14. At the end, add some parsley leaves and pour it over the clams
