Ingredients

  • To make four portions you need the following ingredients:
  • 200 grams of peeled shrimp.
  • 1 egg white.
  • 50 grams of cornstarch.
  • 800 grams of water.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Olive oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. When you have managed to buy all these products, it is time to follow the instructions:
  2. Pour the shrimp, egg white, salt and cornstarch into the glass of the food processor. Set this at speed 4 for about 5 seconds.
  3. You will then have to use the resulting dough to make balls with it.
  4. Wrap each ball in cling film, making sure it is knotted at the top.
  5. Pour the water into the glass and program at spoon speed and temperature for 7 minutes.
  6. Place the basket, in which you will have to put these balls. Program again at speed 4 and temperature for 7 minutes.
