- Salt to taste
- 2 garlic
- 152 grams of water
- A bunch of parsley
- 102 milliliters of white wine
- 41 grams of olive oil

- Purchase all these products and then follow these steps:
- Add the parsley, chilli and a garlic to the glass of the robot. Programme a
- speed 5/6 seconds.
- Reserve.
- Now add the other garlic and the oil to the glass, once you have cleaned it. Programme a
- speed 1 / 100º / 3 minutes.
- Now add the water, salt and wine. Put the clams in the Varoma and place it in the Thermomix. Put the robot to work a
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
- Add the reserved mixture to the clams and program to
