Ingredients
- 1 Kg of botillo
- 700 grams of potatoes
- 1 cabbage
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
Preparation
- We put the botillo inside the basket, fill it with water and cook
- 3 hours / 100ºC / speed 2
- once cooked, remove and reserve
- with the same water, we cook the cabbage cut into pieces, with the potatoes “cracked” into pieces
- 30 minutes / left turn / spoon speed
- We serve in a fountain, and we put paprika and olive oil on top
