Ingredients for Potatoes with Clams with Thermomix
– 300 g of clams or chirlas
– 200 g of onion in pieces
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
– 100 g of white wine
– 200 g of fish stock
– 2 or 3 drops of tabasco
– 1 bay leaf
– 600 g of potatoes (peeled and cut into slices of about 1 cm)
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preparation of Potatoes with Clams with Thermomix
Put the clams in a bowl with water and salt. Let them rest for a few minutes so that they release the sand.
Put the onion, garlic and oil in the glass.
Chop 3 sec / vel 5 and sauté 7 min / 120 ° C / vel 1.
Add the white wine and the fish stock.
Program 30 sec / vel 5 -10 progressively.
Add tabasco drops and bay leaf.
Rinse and drain the clams and put them in the basket.
Insert the basket into the cup and place the Varoma in its position. Place the potatoes in the Varoma container, leaving some grooves free to circulate the steam well.
