Ingredients for Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce

4 pork chops
150 grams of sliced fresh mushrooms
120 grams of butter
110 grams of dry Marsala wine
20 grams of sherry vinegar
15 grams of sunflower oil
3 shallots
3 garlic cloves
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation of pork chops with mushroom sauce

Arrange the ingredients ordered, measured and separated to begin the preparation.
With everything ready, let’s get started! Pour the garlic cloves into the Thermomix bowl, together with the fresh thyme sprigs, the shallots cut into pieces and program.
5 seconds / Speed 5.
With the help of a spatula or spoon, lower the remains of vegetables adhering to the walls and lid of the thermomix container towards the blades, then pour 10 grams of oil and 20 grams of butter (reserve the rest of the butter in the refrigerator) , program.
