Ingredients

Salt and ground white pepper to taste
260 grams of zucchini chopped and without seeds
1 liter of water
200 grams of bonito in oil already drained
305 grams of milk
4 eggs
Oil
4 slices of sliced bread without crust

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Put the zucchini in the basket and this in the robot.
Add about 350 grams of water to the Thermomix bowl and program at
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
Remove the basket and drain the zucchini. Remove the water from the glass.
Now add the tuna, the zucchini, the eggs, the milk, the bread, as well as the salt and pepper to the glass. Program a
speed 4/20 seconds.
Grease a mold with oil and then pour the contents of the glass into it. Wrap it in cling film.
Put that mold on the Varoma and this on the robot. Then, pour the rest of the water into the glass and start the Thermomix at
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 50 minutes.
