Preparation

1. We begin the preparation of this recipe by making the broth, place in the Thermomix bowl to crush the stock cube, the garlic and the parsley, program.
2. 5 seconds / Speed ​​5.
3. Immediately add the olive oil, white wine and water, program.
4. 15 seconds / Speed ​​6.
5. Reserve this broth for a few minutes and continue the preparation.
6. Now, back in the Thermomix bowl, place the onion, the pepper, the garlic and the carrot to be crushed, program.
7. 5 seconds / Speed ​​5.
8. Then, add the crushed tomatoes together with the olive oil and a little salt, program.
9. 8 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed ​​1.
10. Once the sauce has finished cooking, pour the chicken cut into pieces and a little pepper, program.
11. 8 minutes / Varoma temperature / Reverse rotation / Spoon speed.
12. While the chicken is cooking, place the previously reserved rice and broth in the plumcake mold or individual flameras (if you use the flameras, the portions will be 30 grams of rice and 50 grams of broth). Place them in the varoma container.
13. When the chicken has finished cooking, place the varoma container in its place, cover and program.
14. 8 minutes / Varoma temperature / Reverse rotation / Spoon speed.
15. To finish, pour the mushrooms over the chicken stew, previously washed and cut into slices, and program.
