Ingredients

300 grams of bread flour
130 grams of raw sunflower seeds
Half a tablespoon of dried baker’s yeast
50 grams of olive oil
300 grams of water
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
In a frying pan add a little salt, the oil and the pipes to fry them.
Reservation.
In the glass of the robot add the honey, yeast, flour, 200 grams of water and about 20 grams of the oil where the pipes have been browned. Program a
