We put all the ingredients in our thermomix glass, except the syrup and coconut oil which will be the ones that finally join the ingredients and crush the rest 15 seconds / Progressive speed 5-10
Heat the agave syrup and coconut oil in the microwave to make it more liquid
Then we add the agave syrup and coconut oil to our thermomix glass and we program: 10 seconds at Speed 2 Immediately and without leaving much time we take out the mass of our glass helping us of the spatula if it was necessary and we put the mass formed in a tray lined with paper of furnace.
Flatten the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cover it with baking paper, and put something on top that weighs as a press and leave it for a while. Once it is pressed, put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
