Ingredients
- 100 grams of flour
- 12 grams of tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- 50 grams of butter
- 35 grams of tomato sauce
- Oregano to taste
- 20 grams of Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Add the flour, tomato sauce, salt, room temperature butter and about 30 grams of the beaten egg to the glass. Program a
- speed 6/10 seconds.
- Remove the dough, wrap it in cling film and let it rest for about 40 minutes.
- Then spread the dough well and cut it into strips. These place them on a baking tray that has a suitable greaseproof paper.
- Brush them with the remaining egg and top with the oregano, tomato sauce and cheese. Put the tray in the oven and keep it there for 15 minutes at 180º.
