Ingredients of energy bars with thermomix

200 grams of dates
150 grams of dried apricots
125 grams of dried fruit
125 grams of almonds
50 grams of walnuts
30 grams of raisins
20 grams of pumpkin seeds
5 grams of chia seeds
30 grams of Agave syrup
80 grams of coconut oil

Preparation of energy bars with thermomix

We put all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl, except the syrup and the coconut oil that will be the ones that in the end join the ingredients and we crush the rest
15 seconds / Progressive speed 5-10
Heat the agave syrup and coconut oil in the microwave to make it more liquid
Then we add the agave syrup and the coconut oil to our Thermomix bowl and program:
