Ingredients
- 400 grams of gluten-free flour
- 60 grams of corn starch
- 140 grams of buckwheat flour
- 450 grams of water.
- 7 grams of dry baker’s yeast
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- a tablespoon of honey
- 2 teaspoons of salt
Preparation
- Put the water and the yeast in the Thermomix bowl and program
- 1 minute / 37°C / speed 1
- Then add the rest of the ingredients and knead
- 5 minutes / spike speed.
- Let the dough rest in the glass until it doubles in volume, about an hour.
- When you have folded, turn the dough onto parchment paper and with your hands greased a little in oil, give it the shape you prefer.
- You see that I made a loaf with a bow, without kneading, just forming it.
- You put it in the cold oven and put
