1000 grams of fresh mussels
60 grams of white wine
100 grams of blue cheese
200 grams of cream for cooking
500 grams of water
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation of Mussels in Blue Cheese Sauce with thermomix

To comment on the preparation of this wonderful recipe, you must preheat the oven to 180°C.
Subsequently, pour the water into the Thermomix bowl, pour the mussels into the varoma container, place it in its position, cover and program.
15 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
Completed the cooking time, remove the varoma container and reserve for a few minutes.
Discard the water from the Thermomix bowl.
