Ingredients
- 1 kilo of clean mussels
- 2 garlic
- 110 grams of onion
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 50 grams of water
- Fresh parsley
- 100 grams of white wine
- 50 grams of olive oil
Preparation
- When you have gathered those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Pour the oil into the glass of the robot along with the peeled garlic and onion. Program a
- speed 4/5 seconds.
- Then reprogram to
