clams with varoma with thermomix

Preparation

1. Before starting, we will put the clams roughly in a bowl full of water and a handful of salt for an hour.
2. then we wash the clams well and brush the shells vigorously, wash with cold water and let them drain for a few minutes in a colander.
3. If a clam is opened before cooking, it should be discarded and thrown away
4. Place the clams in the varoma, then pour the 50 cl of water into the Thermomix bowl with the lemon cut into quarters, the bay leaf and a pinch of pepper.
5. 12 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 2
6. when finished, we will throw away the clams that would have opened during cooking
7. our clams will be ready
