500 grams of mussels
200 grams of leeks chopped into pieces (the white part and a little of the green)
25 grams of mustard
100 grams of dry white wine
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
juice of one lemon
1 cup of water
Chopped parsley
Salt and ground white pepper
