Ingredients

  • 1000 grams Pork cut into squares
  • 100 grams of olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 grams of Water
  • 150 grams of white wine
  • 200 grams Fried tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the onion and garlic cloves in the thermomix glass to crush, program.
