Ingredients

400 grams of boneless chicken thighs
100 grams of salt

Instructions

To start we put all the ingredients in our thermomix glass and crush everything 10 seconds / speed 7
With the spatula we lower the pieces stuck on the walls of our glass and repeat the previous action 10 seconds / speed 7
Once finished we program 30 minutes / temperature varoma / speed 2
Place a baking tray with baking paper on it and take out the content of our glass and with a spoon or spatula put it spread out on the baking paper evenly put it in the oven at 150ºC for 45 minutes
