Ingredients

In order to make four servings of this dish you must have the following products:
800 grams of chopped rabbit.
8 garlics.
1 onion.
A glass of olive oil.
Half a glass of white wine.
500 grams of meat broth.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Flour.

Instructions

When you have gathered all these ingredients, all those products, put on the apron and follow these instructions:
Peel the garlic and onion and then chop them.
Add the onion, oil and garlic in the robot glass. Program that at speed 1 and Varoma temperature for 13 minutes.
Pass the rabbit pieces through the flour and add them to the glass. Then program the Thermomix at spoon speed, left turn and Varoma temperature for approximately 9 minutes.
When it goes to the 7th minute add the wine.
Then pour the broth and add the salt and pepper to taste to program the robot in the same parameters as the previous step except for the time, which will be 30 minutes.
Finally, it must be reprogrammed at spoon speed, left turn and temperature 100º for another 25 minutes.
