Ingredients
- 1 Kilo of natural pineapple cut into cubes.
- 1 kilo of raw prawns.
- 150 grams of chives.
- 75 grams of red pepper.
- 2 tablespoons of sea salt or coarse salt.
- Some parsley leaves
- the skin of a lemon
- 75 grams of extra virgin olive oil.
- 30 grams of apple cider vinegar.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 500 grams of water.
- Ice.
Preparation
- To begin the preparation of this rich and fresh Pineapple and Lemon Prawn Salad with Thermomix, you must cook the prawns, as follows: Pour water into the Thermomix bowl, place the varoma container with the prawns (clean but without removing the shell) sprinkle with the coarse salt, program.
