Preparation of lobster Monkfish with thermomix

1. In a small container of your choice add the sweet paprika along with the olive oil,mix well with a whisk or fork and set aside.
2. Clean the monkfish loins very well,remove the bones.
3. With the kitchen string,knot or tie the monkfish loin every two centimeters or every two fingers of distance between knot and knot.
4. In the glass of the thermomix,add the water and program.
5. 10 minutes/Varoma temperature/Speed​​1
6. While the water is heating,paint or brush each loin with the oil and paprika mixture.
7. Add the monkfish loins painted with paprika oil in the basket and program.

9. At the end of the cooking time you will obtain tempting and very attractive monkfish loins.
10. Carefully remove the basket and let cool.
11. After resting for a few minutes,remove the kitchen string and cut the monkfish fillets into slices approximately 1 centimeter thick.
12. Serve the lobster monkfish slices on a bed of lettuce arranged on a plate or platter and spoon the Dijon mustard vinaigrette over the entire platter.
