1. To start this easy recipe you must clean, remove the skins and cut the potatoes into slices of approximately 0.5 centimeters, place them in the basket next to the 4 eggs.
2. Immediately in the glass of the thermomix, add the water, introduce the basket and program.

4. While the potatoes and eggs are cooking, it is time to clean and desalt (remove excess salt by placing the pieces under running water) the cod fillets.
5. Once the cooking time of the potatoes has finished, check that they are completely cooked (if they are not, program a couple more minutes at the same temperature and speed). When they are completely ready, drain and reserve.
6. Back in the Thermomix bowl, after washing it, add the white wine, and place the cod fillets in the basket. Insert the basket and program.
